pretty much what the title says. i bought the 1k bracers of armor from sugriam and i got a AC decrease notice on my screen and i didn't get an ac bonus. and on another char i got the svirf lefting bracers...the ones that have bells str spell in em and i have the same problem. i suspect similar bracer items.

Were you wearing any armour at the time?

If so, not a bug.

You mean this only works when you are wearing robes or regular clothing? If yes. then i feel bad about spending 1000 something gold about those bracers. if no why do i get a AC decrease potrait on the top right corner while i wear them?

It won't stack with armor, so only robes (I felt the same with my priest, good news is that you can solve it ICly, and the bracer prob. should be dealt in description like:((This item's property won't stack with armor)) )

Bracers of Armor don't stack with regular armor. This is not a bug.
