I've seen scripting in other mods that allow you to walk 'through' placeables. Does anyone know how to script this?

I'm not altogether sure how to describe it besides 'walking through it.' It's there, but you can go through. I'm interested in illustrating a hidden area of a room that can be accessed by 'moving' empty boxes aside, something that couldn't be illustrated in-game but would otherwise be possible. Does anyone know how to script this?
