I would appreciate any details you can give me regarding the fugitive Samin Fyne, and his plans against you and Councilor Shane. Apparently he was arrested on your testimony, which leads me to believe you heard him conspiring, possibly with others to murder the two of you. Quite the coincidence. Any details you can give me, along with a rough description, would aid me and my agents greatly in capturing this fellow.
