Samin Fyne's escape was not on my watch, but rather the watch of a "Private Fats" as he guarded Capital Cell One. The arrest was as requested by Councilor Fryar for conspiring to kill Sanctuary's Councilors. Further details can be found in the updated warrant report.

For the moment, I see his escape from jail as a confession of guilt. Any other details would have to come from Councilor Fryar as he makes his prosecution.
