I recently aided you in testing your traps. The belt I obtained in reward had the ability to temporarily increase my ability to sneak and other useful skills //(Rogue's Cunning). I would like to know how this belt was imbued with such a power, or at the very least who I should contact to obtain an object capable of this same effect. Please respond with the feasability and/or cost of such a request.
