does the server mechanics allow a druid of uthgart?
his name wasnt listed on the 'druids acceptable dietes page'
https://efupw.com/efu1-forum/topic/28/280/druid/index.html
if they arent supported is it possible to make them supported or is there some reason they aren't?

I don't believe they do.
I think the reason is because Uthgar is the father of the barbarians...not really a nature deity. Druid deities must have some aspect of nature to them.
Does that answer the question?

i was figuring that since the tribes worship an animal totem/aspect it could be interpreted as a nature diety for the purposes of druidic worship..
is this a feasable argument or would this be a application only type deal?

When I researched it it seems the shamans of the tribe were in fact clerics of Uthgardt who followed a particular tribal totem (in essence worshiped Uthgardt). Druids it seems, as Crosswind has stated, are not a part of Uthgardt's dogma because he is not a diety with any sort of nature or natural life in his portfolio.
