The main door that goes into the arena area in the actual pit you can unlock, but you can't relock.

Same for the door leading down to the workshop in the Enclave, atleast the last time I checked.

Fixed.

The door going down to the Workshop shouldn't ever be locked, since it's going to a quest area.
