There are two private rooms in the Crone on the regular floor. One room the chairs are spread out in this more luxurious like room, which makes it hard to talk through whispers. If the chairs are crowded around the table more I think it would be more whisper-friendly.

I do like the 'upper class' feel the room you mention gives off though. Maybe simply move the chairs a bit closer into whisper range?
