Some time back, by my count close to a month, two prostitutes were beheaded at the Comely Inn. Three individuals were apparently involved, Anthany Mantalan, Runt and Bug.

As a witness, Reynolt was directed to address his report to the Compound. I'm requesting a copy of all relevant files on this investigation.

Sergeant Greyward, Having retrieved the proper documents to answer your inquiry, we present the following report.

Anthany, Runt, and Bug were investigated as to their involvement in the crime, having been located in the vicinity at the time of the crime, but the evidence was inconclusive. The three were offered parolle so we may keep an eye on them, which they accepted. Only Anthany has been delinquent, but we may clear up his fine at his earliest convenience.
