This specifically concerns Councilor Orison doing nothing to apprehend a wanted murdered called "Grundigle" who currently walks free in the streets and is aided by lower Councilor Ten-Irons.

Seems I spoke too soon, Orison has proven me wrong and it is good to see that this unrest in Lower has atleast allowed the Seekers to keep their wits among so many who lose them.
