Can a Cleric with the appropriate domain can brew invisibility potions? ((If its a find it in game answer, then I tried, though a wizard can brew it, and he can.)) ((edit: my priest can't, although he should be able to))

That's a really good question.

What did you dms decide? SHOULD he be able to? Because, if so, then there is a bug, if not, well, I sure would like to know why.

Alogen, perhaps this is something that we 1) need to look into by testing, and 2) that we currently do not know the answer to. Give us some time to come to a good conclusion and solve the issue, and we will post the answer here in due time. We would like to know why it doesn't work as well.

Yes. What I mean is --

1) That's a good question, that deserves an answer.

2) I don't have an answer as to whether or not it's intended that you can't make those potions. I don't think it was an issue that ever came up in the DM team's discussions about potion crafting. (until now)

I suspect that those potions should be brewable, but aren't, and that that is a bug.
