Councilor Fryar has spoken to Winston and it seems there may be room for men and women of upper to rebuild relations with lower. Specifically I understand you spoke of gaining assistance in manning your gates. I would like to speak with some of you regarding this, as I would be willing to organize a small mercenary band to guard your walls, in exchange for future contract rights assuming their mission is successful. Any upper men involved will of course, have no prior relations to the Spellguard or Watch.
Under what circumstances, if any, would this be considered?
