I apologize for having to leave in the middle of your planning for assaulting the undead that live at the spire. You can count on my aid for such a task.

I know you believe in your cause, and you should, for He has ordained it. However, I do not want you to completely write off Lower Sanctuary. At some point, the swift sword of justice needs to come through there. It is commendable to pass a law banning goblins and kobolds from voting, and from having any presence in the city, but they would simply reside at the bottom of a stairwell or at the end of a mining platform, waiting for the moment to sneak up and commit crime.

For the large part, lower sanctuary has come to depend upon these beasts for security and for working iniquity. A particular criminal organization can be pointed to as the main source of this corrupt activity. I would very much like your help in doing something about this when the time comes.

Although you would advise that I move into Upper Sanctuary, I believe that He has called me to work closer to the source of the corruption so that I can save those who refuse to yield to imminent lawlessness and also refuse to give up their homes, as humble as they may be.

Let me know when the time comes to assault the spire.
