Councilor Gaeseric,
Mandarin is seeking to spread more slander and I regret I must come to you once again.
If you recall the trial which you resided in, I was accused of assault and Theft by Mandarin and Anthany. I was found innocent of the crime due to lack of evidence and possibly because it was apparent both men were lying.
As it is, Mandarin claimed I stole his crossbow, I then claimed my crossbow was inscribed with something and if it were his own, he'd recall it. He then claimed he could not read but you asked him to name how many words, to which he responded incorrectly. My crossbow was inscribed with "E.B." if it would help you remember the exact event.
Mandarin has sought to slander me by telling others I had stolen his crossbow, to label me as a thief, and telling them that he had inscribed the letters "E.B." on the stock, as he learned during the trial.
To prove him wrong, I would humbly request that you write to me with your account of what happened and sign it with your name, so that any who seek to believe his lies will be proven wrong and Mandarin's true colors will be revealed.
Much obliged,
Ivandur Reynolt
