Have you witnessed a crime, are suspicious of a shady character, or recognized a defense issue in our city, but are unsure of who to notify?

Direct reports to Varlam Nikitovich, Archivist in the Office of the Herald, Town Hall, and the information will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
