A sole visual witness attests that the beast is the size of an umber hulk. She also made an undertain comment about it possibly being part living creature and part construct.

The beast , assumed from my examination of a corpse I found, uses brute strength and claws to rip his opponents apart. The body had not been consumed in any way, excluding post-death bites from the congregation of rats it had marshaled. This means that the creature is malicious and kills for pleasure, not for food or survival.
