Would a priest be able to scribe scroll, had he taken the feat?

Would a wizard be able to learn that scroll?

This is a NWN mechanics question, not a question about DM policy. The answer is that clerics with the scribe scroll feat can indeed scribe a scroll, but as it's a divine spell wizards wouldn't be able to use it.

I noticed that other issues like that one arose, Arkov said it was covered somewhere, yet I know not where it is.

Could you point it? (Not quite sure where to put this question)
