Some items are removed by QuestSys, -good- items,

I just noticed I lost, a consumeable which gave True Strike, and one that gave Restoration.

it said that QuestSys destroyed them on logging.

I have a screenshot: the item was named : Fresh Betulina Sample,

I dont know the name of the thing that casted TS.

This is deliberate. If you read the description of the item, it mentions that it's fresh and will go bad after a while. It's basically a way for us to have more consumable items that aren't just hoarded but are instead used on the spot or on the quest. The QuestSys message is misleading, though, but the stripping is quite intentional.
