Miss Tyrell,
I was wondering if you had any information on the Silver Brotherhood of Ilmater. I have obtained many texts from them, all dated in and around the 90s, around the date of the Chilling Plague. Any information you have on if or how they fell, their current location, or information on any surviving members would be of great interest to me and other members of my faith.

Sister Helthor,
Greetings, I am Julian Fryar, Paladin of Ilmater. I was wondering, as a fellow Ilmaterian in the city, if you have heard of a holy order known as the Silver Brotherhood of Ilmater. I'm looking for any information I can find on them, and specifically if any of the Brotherhood still lives, that I may speak with them. Also, feel free to speak with me about any other issues for our faith, please feel free to contact me or the Order of the Penitent Heart.
Ilmater's blessings,
- Councilor Fryar
Councilor Maxwell von Matterheim
Hello, we haven't met, as of yet, but I have heard great stories of your prowess, valor and honor, over the course of many years of Sanctuary's existence. I'd also heard you were quite the storyteller, and I was wondering if you had any information or stories concerning the Silver Brotherhood of Ilmater. I believe they flourished during the Chilling Plague, around 90 years after the founding of Sanctuary. Any information you have would be of great interest to me, and others of my faith. Please, contact me any time that we may speak concerning this, or any other matters you wish to speak.
Ilmater's Blessings,
- Councilor Fryar

Councilor Fryar,
The Silver Brotherhood of Ilmater was a holy order that existed for a brief period in our city's history; indeed, one could say, they appeared just when we needed them most. They came together and rose to prominence during the Chilling Plague, which swept through the city in Year 87 and persisted for years afterward. While they worked to shield the common people of the town from the ravages of the plague, they often came into conflict with other groups that ostensibly had the same goal; most notably, the Tala Ilenne, a sect of Talona worshippers prominent in the city at the time. Their debates with the Tala Ilenne before the weakened Council of the period were said to be legendary, although few transcripts or first-hand accounts have survived (much of the town's recorded history was destroyed during the Ubel Rebellion). I fear that I am not aware of any surviving members of the Silver Brotherhood of Ilmater, nor have I seen any mention of the group after the hundredth year after the Founding. Some of their codices and religious works are in the Council's library.

Miss Tyrell,
You have my utmost thanks for the response. I'm left with many questions of course, and I hope you have time to take out of your busy schedule to respond to a few of them-
Did the Brotherhood and Tara Ilenne have representation on the Council? If so, who? Did those Councilmembers disappear?
Did records of the Tara Ilenne disappear around the same time as the Brotherhood's?
Are there any records of where they originated, or anywhere they might have gone?
Again, you have my utmost thanks for answering these questions. The Silver Brotherhood sounds like a noble organization after my own heart.
Ilmater's blessings,
- Councilor Fryar.
