Angus Jovem, I am Barrister Fawkes editor of the Sanctuary Sentinel. I intend to draft an article about the resistance of certain members of the Watch to necessary reforms. It may interest you to know that Sergeant Marshall who defaced your petition is one of the most resistant Watch members.
She maintains that attempts to improve the Watch may force it to "work harder" and she disdains that idea. Her insulting tone of your petition demonstrates the disregard she hold both for reform and citizens, but even more troubling the Council itself with her mockery that you should join a "government".
I'd urge you to address your situation with this Sergeant to the city Council. You will find Demetrius Bhast and Alexander Archibald especially prone to hearing your concerns I feel. If you have further information or correspondence with the Watch that the public deserves to hear please leave me the favor your words at the Rock Bottom Tavern, room 3.
