A large poster has been placed outside the Town Hall. It depicts a goblin, with large fangs and razor sharp claws on its hands and feet. It is wearing an overly extravagant cape of red and white on its shoulders and back. It is dressed otherwise, in savage looking clothes, aside from the crown that sits atop on its head, slumped to one side which is being held up by a pointy ear.
The goblin is in an extremely hilarious pose, with his left hand on his hip and his right hand extended to a crowd (and toward the viewer of the poster), there are large bejeweled rings on each of the goblins fingers. The goblin's pose and expression make him look as if he is waiting for you to kiss one of his gaudy bejeweled rings.
At the feet of the Goblin are Humans and Elves (which are depicted as unusually small) kissing its feet. They are all exclaiming, "All Hail the King!"
In big bold lettering at the bottom, outside of the picture it reads:
"WELCOME TO THE FUTURE"
