[A letter to the Lower Council]

Council,

I am a distinctly tailed man known as Salvatore Pasolini. I've had the questionable fortune of learning the skills of the Undertaker in my youth, and due to my affliction, I find myself far more comfortable among the silent bones of the dead than among the accusing stares of the living.

Quite plainly, I wish to create a mausoleum for the scattered and numerous dead of Lower Sanctuary. The sheer number of bodies littered on the streets, especially in the Canal Ward, is distressing. This is certainly a dangerous thing, corpses being breeding grounds for disease. As well, simple dignity demands that a body is dealt with in a respectful manner.

Councilman Orison cited two problems- my tail and funding. I might help with both: long ago, I hired some mercenaries to comfirm that there was, indeed, a bounty at the Fort Mur for Tielfing Tail. Three Thousand gold, to be exact. Though the process is certainly painful, I will partake in it if nessecary.

With the bounty, I will have five thousand coins to aid in the process of establishing a Mausoleum. I don't believe a new building will need to be erected- the desolate tunnels under Sanctuary will serve marvelously. There are a number of options that bear discussing, but I await your leave before actually undergoing such a considerable and nessecary task.

-Salvatore Pasolini

Mr Pasolini,

Your proposal certainly sounds worthwhile. We shall discuss this and get back to you.
