Goblin/Kobold

PCs playing the Goblin/Kobold subrace get a slight speed reduction of about 10%. Tested extensively. Not sure if it's meant to be the case, though. Most people seem to think it's a bug.

Its not technically a bug, all NPC models are slower than PCs. This is to prevent further issues with NPCs chasing PCs whereby PCs would repeatedly get massacred. As well as various contacting problems whilst chasing which would mean the NPC would stop constantly, like the Walk "issue".

Since PC kobolds and goblins use NPC models they have NPC speeds.

Thus it has to be changed for the PCs, I guess? Also, is this system only applicable in EFU? - As it isn't the case in any other servers.

I bet it is applicable elsewhere.

If percentile speeds can be added, perhaps. If not, noone else has bothered much about it.

As of v843, PCs with NPC appearances should get a slight speed boost. I'll want to test this out to make sure that they're not faster or slower than ordinary PCs.

Fixed- Goblins and Kobolds now walk at normal-PC speed.

Sometimes Druid-shapes get a speed boost as well when you get the re-shape poof. It's probably directly interlinked with the former bug. Not sure if it makes them faster or equally fast as any other PC. Let me know if you want a new topic opened.

Please test it and see if they go faster than regular PCs or just at the same speed as regular PCs.

Goblins/Kobolds are still slightly slower. 5-or less %.

Speed boosted a bit. Again, let me know how they compare.

After some testing, it appears that goblins/kobolds are now going at essentially the same speed as regular PCs.

Fixed.
