I just tested this.

The ferry from Fort Mur to the Blue Mushroom says that it takes 50gp, and does take 50gp.

The ferry from the Blue Mushroom to Fort Mur says that it takes 150gp, and does take 150gp.

Are you sure the bug you encountered happened recently?

There is no bug here. I just used these two services last night and they were fine.
