1.) No exploration xp for entering the mines for the first time 2.) Xander's warehouse quest doesn't show the server text that your journal was updated and doesn't make the familar 'ding' when it does so either 3.) no journal update 'ding' for Helm delivery quest completion. 4.) no final dialogue screen for the goblin spices quest after you ask for the gold instead of the 'special item'.

Xander's warehouse quest and Helm's delivery quest both gave me the ping last week. I don't know about the Goblin or the exploration EXP though.

Can somebody confirm that the other two are issues, and aren't just weird one-time occurrences?

I went back with a new character and didn't have those two 'ding' issues. So I'll assume it was due to lag (which there was at the time of this posting)

There's a whole lot of areas which don't give Exploration XP. Would you like to hear more?

About the mines, sometime it gives you xp by mistake, (10, its not much heh), So it SHOULD give on the right times, rather then give with errors (as, gives the wrong character)

No, I don't think absolutely every area should give exploration XP.
