Council Members,

I found out, today, that Half Orcs are to be arrested on sight, this is rather troubling as I found it out by after it was decided.

I wish to know the exact law change, if any. And if possible, the reason as well.

I shall seek for a reply at the Rock Bottom Inn.

p.s. I hold no opinion for or against anything which was mentioned, BUT it do disturb me a change of law, which I dont know of.

Also, it would be good if laws were declared by public before they are enforced, so we, as lawful citizens, could follow them.

Who has told you this law? I am unaware of any law that says this, whatsoever.

If this was a law official, I assure you there is a very large problem in their future.
