To whom it may concern:

I would like to publish within the Warrants and Trials bulletin a Master List of Criminal Records based on the arrest logs of both the Watch and the Spellguard. Only Watch and Spellguard members could immediately follow-up on record locations for their respective organizations, but Seekers and Councilors would have for reference those criminal records which could easily be requested. I will maintain this listing for as long as humanly possible with updates every tenday.

While a Master List of Criminal Records is not immediately necessary for either warrants or trials, I feel that expanding the utility of the bulletin will improve all bodies involved in Sanctuary's law enforcement. I am hopeful this small breach of the standard is allowed.
