I wish to discuss an agreement in which this house of charity will be returned to its proper owner. Demetrius Bhast has done the people of Lower Sanctuary no harm, and I desire to be allowed to argue his case for allowing his continued generosity and charity to flow through this property.

I do advise, that the building can be a symbol of the future for all of Sanctuary and the cooperation between Upper and Lower Sanctuary.

I take it you agree with the decision to nationalize the House of Light, and that Bhast don't own the place in whole or part. Good. You can talk to Bern about maybe buying it from her. If she says no to selling it, the issue's settled.
