I approach you in this matter which concerns me greatly. You have been present in two of the trials, in both of which the God Stones have come to the issue.

I am worried of the fact that they are carried by a one man only. They are obviously powerfull objects. I saw a fellow Private of mine, who I know to be a good and honest man, behave strangely when holding them only a moment. I am afraid what they might do to even such a powerfull man than Agent Delgado is. What if he gets robbed? What if he will meet his end, and some criminal will find his possessions?

I leave the matter in yours, and council's hands. I trust you will find a solution that will keep Sanctuary safe from even the threats within itself.
