I'd like to see the official mandate stating that the Spellguard has control over the Watch, and what powers they have exactly, if possible. So far I have seen nothing stating the Watch even need to acknowledge the Spellguard, but have merely heard that it exists. Please sent a copy to the Watch House as soon as possible.

Temporary Watch Authority Measure During this transitional period, the Spellguard shall be tasked with full authority over the Sanctuary Watch and be assigned to complete a total investigation of all Watch officers and members to root out any corrupt elements.

The above is the exact proposal, which passed at 6 to 1.
