Jaspers map quest in lower appears not to work at all. The map just doesnt do anything. Im happy for him to be fleesing me for the coin, but I want an option to beat him up for it!

Secondly the bounties quests have some problems. (see also suggestions on this topic).

Once you turn this quest in, you get gold but no xp, it states "you were not part of this quest and will recieve no xp". I have had this happen both times Ive tried to hand it in.

They know about the map one, thats on the to-do list.

Arga's tomb will eventually spawn the quest by reading the map as if you talked to a quest giver itself.

You'll be able to give up, add new players to the quest etc.

There needs to be an end clause though so that instead of going back to the questgiver to get xp, you need to look (talk) at the map once the end condition has been met (kill the boss, picked up some particular item, arrived at point X on the map ) to get your xp. The monetary rewards will be in the quest itself.

Once the map awards the party the xp it self-destructs, that would be the best way.
