this is a neat idea considering that there so few charctors who try to be arcane archers.
Note: your charctor must be able to cast these in the first place in order to make them.((use skill set craft weapon or spell check to implant the spells if possible))
Darkness arrow. effect. On hit darkness
arrow fo holding....exactly what it says
arrow of contagion....exactly what it says
arrow of cursing-exactly what it says
arrow of strength. on hit bulls strength ((no dmg modifier))
Arrow of slow ((yes i know there arrows like this already))
arrow of scintalizing sphere ((only fair if ya consider umbue arrow is putting a fire ball in the arrow eh?))
etc...
Make the ability to make them restricted to arcane archers and make the pay a heft price for doing so yes?

Arcane Archers get their own sort of magic ammunitions without these, and I've seen arrows/bolts similar to these in game already.
I see no reason why they should be restricted to Arcane Archers.

Arcane Archers are already incredibly powerful is you consider most creatures have a DR of 1.

The Arcane Archer class needs no buffing.
Such items are already available in game.
