Agent Nikitovich delivers a package and a note to the Office of the Herald in Town Hall during one of his patrols.

This was found in the room of Sergeant Felzkrin. It originated from the Office of the Herald, and so I am returning it. If its contents may be relevent to the Watch investigation, please forward its documentation to the Spellguard Tower and labelled for my attention.
