Resting?

I didn't see this written up anywhere, so here I ask what the resting rules are. Is there a duration between rests (8 hours?)? Do you need equipment to rest outside of an inn (bedroll and ... )? Does resting heal you all of your hit points, or is there an Arabel/bathhouse system? Does it get rid of effects like poisons, diseases and their effects on stats? If I missed where this was obviously stated and made clear, then hit me with a brick now.

What I've noticed so far (this may or may not be exactly true)

-8 hours must be between rests -I've seen a campfire, but I don't know about bedrolls or anything for in the wild -Rangers can rest in the wild after level 4, without equipement. I don't know about druids. -Resting heals 1 hp per level. -If you make two succesful saving throws against poison/ disease, it goes away. Immediatly after you rest, you make a saving throw. -If the disease/ poison is away, their effect go too. Not all effects go away though. (Supernatural drains, like level drain etc)

You should be healing (2 * your Level + your CON modifier) hitpoints when you rest.

Regular folks should need a bedroll and campfire in order to rest in the wilderness. Rangers should need a bedroll in order to rest in the wilderness. Druids should be able to rest in the wilderness freely.

Thank you.
