Private, I have attached my report to you below. It does not differ from the report I will send to the Agent Lathain in any way, except for the fact that it has been brought into report form. I also sent a copy into to file archives. Constable Mullingham, CDL

Sirs, Ma'ams,
Constable Mullingham of the CDL reporting in regards of the an assault of what appeared to be slavers.
What happened?
While on patrol. a citizen approached me[The very same citizen who demanded a trial on another citizen right after the incident, as was witnessed by Private Runehammer and Agent Lathain.] and said there were "slavers" down in Lower that have sworn allegiance to the late Sheriff and that were planning to kidnap a citizen. After rounding up some able-bodied men, I investigated this in civil, but we found nothing, and the group dispersed. On my way back, however, I was ambushed by those slavers: a very old magic user, a man with a heavy flail, and another one of the wizened elder's cronies. They used magic to incapacitate me while they kidnapped a citizen right before my eyes. As soon as I could move again, I followed them, but I was too late. I regrouped and met with Agent Lathain to confer, but as we did so, another men came and told us that some suspicious people were seen on their way to the Dunwarren Ruins, among them a very uncanny old men. Those were our slavers, no doubt, and so we, that is, Agent Lathain, me, and some brave citizens, went there to free the kidnapped citizen and to bring swift justice to the criminals. However, once we got there, they were quite well aware that we were coming for them, and prepared! Right before the entrance to the Dunwarren Bowels, the old man asked us to leave at once, or die at his hand. Seeing as we couldn't just give up that kidnapped citizen, a battle ensued. Sadly, all of us, even the powerful Agent Lathain, were swiftly knocked out, and could hardly remain conscious. In fact, we passed out a while... but just when I woke up again, I could see those "slavers" torture a man terribly, with fire and blunt weapons, beating him to pulp. I wanted to do something, but I coughed blood and could hardly move.... The slavers then fled, and didn't leave us a trace.... but I could barely hear how they said "It's Archibald we want."... And I fear they meant Alexander Archibald.
Dutifully, Constable Mullingham of the CDL
