I found an idea for a priest, though, when I searched, I found out there are only two gods with magic domain.

Is Magic domain is too strong? or just no other deity has any relation to magic?

All deities have some relation to magic as they grant spells. However, only a handful have it as their key element (Mystra, Velsharoon) and thus have the domain.
