The Watch has recieved word of a new plague developing, with the potential to turn into another epidemic. Due to the amount of people you have so kindly taken in, you should start taking the needed precautions with a view to this problem. You will of course remain updated with regard to the measures being taken and the proliferation of this disease. Please find enclosed a file containing the symtoms and recommended treatment, as well as possible sources.

'Oiley' skin, almost ooze-like Decreased Moblility Loss of nimbleness and dexterity

Cures:

At the moment, the casting of a 'remove disease' divine spell appears to cure the victim from the affliction.

Possible Sources of Infection:

The chosen precense under the Stair in Upper (the area recently reopened by the watch and now occupied by the Stoutheart Dwarves)

Lower - as one of the afflicted claims that they contracted the symptoms shortly after being there.
