A letter to A. Piccoli

[in a rather sloppy text]

Mr. Piccoli,

My condolences go out to you, as fate would have it, I met your deformed and quite deranged brother. Sadly, He and I did not see eye to eye on religious beliefs, and as such, I have stuffed his corpse in a sewage pipe.

You see, The fool felt himself above our maiden of misfortune, to the point where in all honesty, it sickened me to simply be in his presence. As a distributor of Lady Doom's misfortune, it pains me to see that such a disgrace is the very blood relative of a priest of the maiden. I do hope the rest of your congregation are well behaved, lest I make visits to them as well...

[A second letter is delivered via Yellowtongue]

Dearest priest Piccoli,

It would seem, that my greatest fears have come to fruition. The Lady truly does work her misfortune through you, though it seems that you foolishly misinterpret it for those who follow you. As you read this, the Twin woman has seen the gaze of Lady Doom, and lays amongst the sewer rats with an eternal smile.

I do hope that the madam's gaze avoids the rest of your congregation, such brings me sorrow to remove those of the faith. I much prefer those of the city who foolishly mock her ways. They pay for your misfortune, alas.

Always,

-The Lady's Gambit.
