Spellguard Public Relations

26th Flamerule, Year 151, All Spellguard Members, Spellguard Tower

To all Spellguard members,

It has been a thought nagging in my mind for many tendays that the Spellguard are surrounded in press, myths, legends and rumours which portray the organisation on the whole in a negative way. I propose to organise a series of sponsored events to shine a more favourable light on the organisation as a whole.

Some ideas:

o A sponsored Tournament, both magical and martial.

o Distribution of minor healing items to the populace of Sanctuary

o A 'Question & Answer' session where the population have the oppertunity to question, and recieve answers, from the more senior members of the organisation and where there can be discussions on what the Spellguard stand for, and it can also act as a chance to dispel any misconceptions of the organisation

o The sponsoring of a Charity event, or the distribution of funding to a charitable cause

o A Performer's competition (Much like that of Agent Lindgren's, however, this competition will have no restrictions as to the topic)

o Several public auctions, where a percentage of the profits are given to a good cause

I believe these events will improve Public Relations on the whole, and increase the amount of people who think highly of the organisation out of respect.
