[A Speech by Councilor Archibald]

Alexander steps up to the Podium with a solemn look, and a brief nod to the crowd.

"Citizens,

Yesterday, as most of you are aware, was a pivotal day in the History of Sanctuary. Sheriff Walters was found, due to overwhelming evidence, to be a Slaver, and traitor to this City. When I saw the Upstanding Sergeant Moonfall about to slain, I called a halt to her stoning, and demanded a Tribunal. Those citizens who were present have heard my reasoning, but I shall tell those who were not present: The Council is here to serve the people of Sanctuary. When they believe someone has been wronged, it is our duty, as Councilors, to assuage their fears.

I called a Tribunal Trial, and during such, it was revealed that Sheriff Walters was a Traitor, Slaver, and Coward. A Tribunal consisting of Councilor Bhast, Councilor Graiden, and Myself sentenced him to Death, by Stoning.

Citizens, we must remain vigilent, in these times. Our safety is not assured, nor should we ever assume it to be. I swear to you, Sanctuary, that I shall not rest, until I believe it is sufficiently so. I will continue to do the people's Will, and serve in their best interests.

Remember, Sanctuary. When Elections roll around, in a weeks time remember who has served you dilligently this last term.

Stay safe, Sanctuary. And above all, Free. " Alexander nods firmly to the onlookers, before stepping down.
