Firstly, let me ask forgivness for the informality. We spoke so briefly that I did not catch your full name or rank.

I thought it would interest you to know that after our conversation, I proceeded to the P***ing Crone, where I was approached by a man who introduced himself as 'Lower Councilman Jarby'. He asked my aid in helping a child in the Dunwarrens, who's companion had become lost below a house there. Mr. Jarby was firmly of the belief that the Spellguard was behind it, but we found no evidence to support such a claim.

There were small flying creatures of some magical skill, which Mr. Jarby called Imps, and though they proved more dangerous then I woudl have thought, we won the day, though the child was nowhere to be found.

Mr. Jarby seems like a good man, though perhaps a bit difficult regarding issues between the levels, and put himself at great risk during the ordeal. With you having expressed interest in knowledge of the Lower Councillors, I thought you would like to be made aware.
