The following are the terms for your weapon restrictions as related to your most recent crime against the city until further notice.

Due to Leon Belmont's recent assault of a Spellguard Agent, the following restrictions have been established to Belmont's weapon usage.

Leon Belmont is permitted to do the following:

• Carry one holstered weapon on his person.
• Use the aforementioned weapon on adventurer work.
• May duel professionally with this weapon, where professional dueling is defined as a duel accepted by both parties to resolve a conflict.

Leon Belmont is not permitted to do the following:

• Brandish his weapon openly in the City of Sanctuary.
  • Punishable by a gold fine or jail term.
• Attack any citizens for any reason with this weapon. This includes unprofessional dueling.
