Our Lower Council has been raised only a couple of ten days ago, together with the other Councillor we've managed to restore Lower's Pride and Glory. Merchants settled themselves in Lower, peace and order was restored by the by-us assigned Footmen and agreements were cut with Upper to ensure our common safety regarding Upper invading us to reclaim Lower.

We're truly independent now, strong, hard working people who've suffered rough lives! A better place to live in, for us and our children, that's what we must reach out for and grab with both of our hands. DON'T LET GO!

Cells -will- be build to hold villains in,

More Footmen -will- be recruited to provide us with the protection we so long desired for,

Buildings -will- be restored for us, and our children to live in,

Our economics will improve dramatically! No more starvation among the poorest, no more thugs within our streets,
