Letter to Spellguard: Agents Involved with Cathbadh

Flamerule 22, 151 Agents Strife and Lindgren Spellguard Tower Regard Cathbadh

I'm writing to more formally reconstruct my discussion the other day, I do realize that both Agents addressed suffered the previous night and I apologize for pushing my concerns. I find myself personally concerned about Cathbadh and without desiring to push the investigation wish to offer a few suggestions.

Cathbadh must be a registered spellcaster since he had a badge. He likely is also a registered citizen since he made arrangements with the Sheriff to use the Arena. Does a search through the records reveal anything about his past? Has the Sheriff any recollection of this man?

Cathbadh claims to follow Garagos. a nearly elemental force of destruction and collected buckets of blood shed during the combat in the Arena. Clearly he intends to use this material for a ritual involving his god, might any Agent know what type of ritual? Barring this, are there other registered Garagons that might be questioned?

Finally, I still desire to meet with either of you about joining the Spellguard. I spoke with another Agent previously, but he suggested I join the Associate program and that I help him "map" the Bowels before I even am allowed in that. I feel that my abilities are better utilized as an actual Agent, and having had no contact with this Agent for over a week--I am proceding the map the Bowels on my own.

Respectfully,

Barrister Fawkes

It appears that Cathbadh is slain. I am told the Spellguard can confirm or deny this information and possesses within their grasp the artifact Cathbadh used to summon his ferocious monsters.

There is a way to utilize this device in service to Sanctuary I am certain. I wish to discuss the matter with an Agent that has time, if the Spellguard does possess this device.

Respectfully,
