Blood and skulls for the Throne of.... oh sorry wrong subject. seriously speaking though although lower is a little less chaotic than it use to be i would imagine it to be still a very noisy busy place Kind of like moss Aisly from star wars (some reason everytime i go into lower i expect someone to make the comment "you will not find a more wretched hive of scum and villany")

I think the majority of the rioting/burning sound effects have been removed. Just got rid of one of the last ones by the canal gate for v798. It is a pretty noisy place, though.

Please add begging child noise. I'm not sure why but something about children strving on the street reminds be about my brothers...
