Councilor,
I wish to speak with you, with haste, about the state of the house. When will the reparations be finished? Also, it is important there will be safe rooms for children, as I intend to let the orphans of Lower place there.

Miss Silas,
although my schedule is quite hectic these days, you're welcome to come to the Town Hall and meet with me at your leisure. I'm almost positive I can accomodate you at nearly any time. These matters concerning the House of Light are quite close to my heart, as I put my gold and time into this project, not only to aid my fellow citizens of Sanctuary, but as a way to show the people the good nature of the Bhast family. Which is exactly why I endeavoured to have the building dedicated to my dear, deceased mother, may the gods rest her soul, who was a beacon of hope and charity to all who knew her. Hopefully, through my actions, the citizens of Sanctuary will come to realise that through a similar outlook on life, as my dearly loved mother held, we shall all come to find ourselves living in a much more pleasant home.
As to the reparations, I am hoping that my group of workers won't take much longer to finish the building. I'm hoping that all those who are involved with the House of Light will be extremely satisfied with the work done within the place. Although I've been unable to go down there myself to overview the progress, I'm fairly certain that it won't take all that much longer.
We must do what we can for the children of Sanctuary, as they are the future we constantly fight for. I will speak directly with my foreman and have the required preparations made to create a comfortable place for the children to reside in.
As a final note, it is my sincere hope that through our cooperation, we shall be able to assist those who wish to assist the poor and ill-fortunate within Sanctuary, in doing exactly that.
In the words of my beloved, but sadly deceased mother:
I expect to pass through this world but once; any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.
In the hopes that you shall uphold the virtues of my dear mother,
Councillor Demetrius Bhast
