The other day I got an empty journal entry that said "error, blank entry". I believe I got in on the frost giant quest. Some other party members got it, but not all of us

I've witnessed this too, I think it's been a running issue for a while now, but decidedly minor -

It started around the time the 'State of Sanctuary' Journal was added in, and it seems to only occur after relogging.

It may be two seperate issues entirely, but I keep forgetting to post it anyway, and it might be the same thing, and Hooks' group just didn't notice until they got the quest.

I've also had it twice, though I don't know if it actually affects anything other than keeping track of things - do the quests still work as normal?

Yes, got it when doing Temple of Hoar yesterday.

Okay. I think this is an issue that has to be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

So, please post here when it happens. Please note exactly which quest you are on, and exactly when during the course of that quest you got the blank journal entry.
