It's a bit vague, but I think most quests are broken right now.
Spellguard, green cave, mausoleum - all work fine as far as I know, don't give exp when completed. Probably others too.
I think the gnoll quest is broken. The finish conversation doesn't appear, and the Tigereye quest seems to finish before you've finished it. The Captain tells you he has no more work for you when you return to tell him you've finished the job, instead of rewarding you.
The spellguard quest and Mausoleum quest were working perfectly on Saturday, I think. So it's something between the update of Saturday and Sunday that broke them.

Since the green cave is brought up here, there is a small error. The completed quest journal entry is not moved to the "completed" section in the journal, it remains in "open quests"

Doing the Green Cave quest we got no zombie spawns. I went with one other person, that might be a factor..

Looking into this whole list.
Xp did indeed change between Sat and Sun. A new formula was implemented that will scale xp more to your level.
On the gnoll quest, did you get any proof you found the daughter? That is what is needed to close the quest.
I see the issue with no spawns on green cave. Bad area tag = no respawn.

Children in the Warrens isn't resetting. A party did it, we went on it later--no spawns just a dead "spoiler" at the end and no option to finish the quest upon finding said "spoiler".
Gem Hunt caused one exploit, Howland and Arkov know about it. It also has no option to end the quest, just "Keep looking" or "Give up". Very sad day.
FYI: Here is a script for Gem Quest you might want to use. Put it in the OnEnter of a trigger. This way, people aren't "disarming" your pits of flame and flows of lava.
Put the script in World Builder's Forum, thought its a better idea there. Also on the Gem Hunt quest, the last wall of flame is easy to walk through. I don't think that was intentional though.

Thrawn:
We found the proof on the Gnoll quest, but the Father doesn't recognise it, so we tried the foreman instead and he doesn't either.

We managed to finish the Gnoll quest, but we got two journal entries and two helpings of XP/GP.

A lot more quests should be working now.

Pyrimo Inn quest wouldn't finish. The quest giver did not recognize us when we got out of the quest area.

Also, the door you need to go in to start the quest was locked. Arkov unlocked it for us.
FYI: If you've adjusted the balance lately on that quest--its nicely toned down now to be hard but not absolute murder.
Children in the Warrens, may be just that I'm too high a level--but the guard still tells me about the missing children but there is no option to go looking for them.

Gnoll quest seems furbard still.
We had Gnolls spawning ontop of us. And I mean literally ontop.
The reward system works now though. You can successfully finish the quest.
Nothing spawns in the end chests. Is that intentional?

The gnolls spawn ontop of us near the left turn up in the north east corner where you are in a tunnel to go left to the end area, or straight on to some locked gates. I think its a misplaced spawn trigger, or a double spawm
Also the gnoll quest gives 2 quest journal entries when you finish it

Update on this, please. Have the issues raised here been fixed?
