With regards to the lower council, and in the wake of the recent dissappearance of Scent, Tane, and Wesh, I would seek a meeting with you, hopefully before the scheduled lower meeting in three days times, in which we can speak on the following topics:

1. The spat of dynastic successions that have popped up since the dissappearance of the councillors.

2. The seeming lack of council meetings on the part of the lower council.

3. Checks and Balances that should be considered to legitimize political power within the lower wards.

4. A formalization of the methods and procedures where it regards the "authorities" of Lower Sanctuary.

I know you to be a wise and learned man, and I know that your word carries with it a lot of weight, please grant that we can meet soon.
