A Warning to the People of Sanctuary.

Do not travel to the Spire nor the region surrounding it. Large numbers of vampire and vampire spawn have been sighted in the area. These creatures will fiercely attack those who trespass into the afore mentoned region. These sinister shadows of our own evils are cunning foes and prefer to stalk small groups of alone persons. If you must move through that area, move through it with a large party of prepared associates. Do not attempt to hunt these creatures, those of you to whom this idea must have occured. They will not be slain in full when you destroy their bodies. Hunting these monsters out will only serve to infuriate them more when they return from their place of hiding some hours after you defeated them.

Stay clear of this region until further notice.
